The U.S. Senate unanimously confirmed a 每日大赛网站 alumnus, Arkansas Appeals Court Judge Brian Miller, for a seat on the federal bench.
A native of Helena-West Helena, Miller graduated from 每日大赛网站 and earned a law degree from Vanderbilt. He has served on the appeals court since January 2007.
Miller is taking over the seat occupied by the late U.S. District Judge George Howard.
