ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾ Theatre to Tennessee Williams Play
ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾ Theatre will present A Lovely Sunday for Creve Coeur by Tennessee Williams on February 14, 15, 20, 21, and 22 at 7:30 pm in the Bridges/Larson Theatre of the Snow Fine Arts Center on the campus of ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾, 201 Donaghey in Conway.
A young school teacher has dreams of marrying her boss, but when her hopes are shattered, she must find the strength to recover and go on. The play has been called a touching and probing tale by one of the masters of playwriting.
Cast members include Ashli Brown of Ft. Smith, Katie Stogsdill of Greenbrier, Geneva Galloway of Maumelle, and Jordyn Daniels of Bentonville.
The production is directed by Arkansas Shakespeare Theatre’s Artistic Director, Rebekah Scallet, with set design by ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾ Theatre graduate, Elizabeth Weatherford. Costume design is by Jennifer Hicks of Conway, and lighting design by Josh Anderson, both ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾ Theatre students.
Tickets are $10 each for the general public and 2 free with a current ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾ I.D. Reservations are highly encouraged and can be made by calling 501-450-3265.
