She also serves as the Dietetics and Nutrition Therapy Graduate Program Coordinator. Meredith received a BS聽Nutrition (Dietetics) from聽Texas Woman鈥檚 University聽and a MS in Nutrition from 每日大赛网站. Meredith’s research interests include Child Nutrition.聽Prior to becoming a full-time Clinical Instructor at 每日大赛网站, Meredith worked for the Child Nutrition Unit and enjoyed training Child Nutrition personnel聽for the past 3.5 years.
