A fostered youth is听a youth in foster care who reaches eighteen (18) years of age or before leaving foster care.

- The fee for the issuance of an identification card waived under 搂 27-16-805(a)
- The fee for the issuance of a driver鈥檚 license waived under 搂 27-16-801(i)
- Any other costs incidental to licensure waved under 搂 27-16-801
- The fee for driver education waived under 搂 27-18-106
- The fee for issuance of a certified copy of one’s birth certificate waived under 搂 20-18-306(c)
- The fee for issuance of a copy of one’s transcript waived under 搂 6-61-142
