Individuals wishing to apply to the ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾ Pediatric Physical Therapy Residency Program should access for the American Board of Physical Therapy Residency and Fellowship Education (ABPTRFE) to submit an application.
Minimal eligibility requirements for application:
- Licensed or eligible for licensure by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy
- Eligible for employment at Arkansas Children’s Hospital or Allied Therapy and Consulting Services
- Eligible for admission to ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾ Graduate Program (master’s degree or higher with cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher)
Desirable applicants include those who:
- Have completed one or more full-time clinical experience(s) in Pediatric Physical Therapy
- Possess strong skills in clinical reasoning
- Are highly motivated individuals with demonstrated interest in advancing pediatric clinical practice
- Possess superior verbal and written communication skills
Minimal eligibility requirements for admission:
- Physical Therapist Licensure by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy
- Compliance with employment requirements of Arkansas Children’s Hospital or Allied Therapy and Consulting Services
- Admission to University of Central Arkansas Graduate Program (master’s degree or higher with cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher)

Application Deadline:
The application deadline is in early January each year (see specific deadlines in  with anticipated start date in late August of the same calendar year.
Interview and Acceptance:
Selected applicants will be invited to attend an on-site interview with members of the selection committee. Applicants will be responsible for travel costs. Notification of applicants who are accepted to the program will be made at least 2 months prior to the start date.
