Project Description and Purpose
*
This section should serve as an executive summary of the proposed project. Clearly describe what the project will involve and what purposes will be served by the activity. This section can also state how the project contributes and aligns with the objectives of your academic unit and the goals of ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾.
Community Engagement
*
This section should describe how the project engages the community. Explain how the project amplifies the partnership between ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾ and the communities it serves.
Timetable
*
This section should clearly explain the timetable for your project. Information regarding when the actual project will take place should be included. It is important to note that no awards will be granted retroactively. If the project takes place prior to the award date, the grant will not be funded.
Budget
*
This section should provide details about the total costs of the project and should include all relevant sources of funding. All funding proposals should itemize key elements of the project accompanied by well-researched estimates of the costs associated with each item. Below is an example of an itemized budget that might be submitted in a typical ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾ Foundation grant application. In the example, please note the level of detail in the cost itemization, the inclusion of a total budget for the project, and the disclosure of all sources of funding that will be used to complete the project.
Do you have any other source of funding to assist with your opportunity? "No" indicates to the committee that you will be unable to complete your opportunity if your request is not fully funded.
