The Bear Essentials Food Pantry will be closed on Thursday, July 3rd and Friday, July 4th, for the Independence Day Holiday.  We will reopen at 11 am on Monday, July 7th.

We will be closed Monday, May 26, in observance of Memorial Day. We will reopen at 11 am on Tuesday, May 27.

The Bear Essentials Food Pantry will begin its Summer hours on Monday, April 28. Our closing time will change from 5 pm to 4 pm Monday through Thursday.

The Bear Essentials Food Pantry will be closed during ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾’s Spring Break March 24 – March 28.  We will be open our regular hours from 11 am – 5 pm Monday – Thursday March 17 – 20.    We will reopen at 11 am on Monday, March 31.

The Bear Essentials Food Pantry will be closed on Monday, January 20th, in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. We will resume our regular open hours of 11 – 5 on Tuesday, January 21st.

The Bear Essentials Food Pantry will reopen on Thursday, January 9, 2025.  Regular open hours are Monday through Thursday, 11 am until 5 pm.

Reminder: We are closed when ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾ is closed or operating remotely for inclement weather.

The Bear Essentials Food Pantry is closed for ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøվ’s remote work days and winter break through January 8, 2025.  The Pantry will reopen on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 11 am.

The Bear Essentials Food Pantry will be open from 11 – 4:30, Monday through Thursday during Finals Week, December 9th – 12th. The Pantry will be closed from December 13th through January 8th for ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøվ’s Remote Work Days and the Holiday Break. We will reopen at 11 am on Wednesday, January 9, 2025.

The Bear Essentials Food Pantry will be closed during the Thanksgiving holiday break from Wednesday, November 27th through Friday, November 29th.  We will reopen at 11 am on Monday, December 2nd.
