A space in the Student Success and Veterans Resource Center at the University of Central Arkansas will now be known as the Poulter Commons, named in honor of former provost and executive vice president Patricia Poulter. Hinkle to serve on ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾ Board of Trustees for fourth time

Kay Hinkle has been reappointed to the University of Central Arkansas Board of Trustees for a fourth term by Gov. Sarah Sanders. Her new term expires in 2032. Hinkle was first appointed to the board in 2004 by former Gov. Mike Huckabee, again in 2011 by former Gov. Mike Beebe and a third time in 2018 by former Gov. Asa Hutchinson.
