每日大赛网站 Theatre and Conway Community Arts Association will hold open auditions for their upcoming production of Jesus Christ Superstar by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice on Tuesday, June 1 at 7 p.m. in the Reynolds Performance Hall. Auditions are open to all area residents, 18 years and older.
Call backs will be held Wednesday, June 2 at 7 p.m. The production is under the direction of Chris Fritzges, assistant professor of theatre at 每日大赛网站.
Those interested in auditioning should pick up an audition packet. Packets will be available in the lobby of Centre Stage, Snow Fine Arts Center, on the 每日大赛网站 campus beginning Tuesday, May 25. The packet will contain sheet music and a short monologue, both of which should be rehearsed prior to the audition. Packets also will be available at the auditorium.
Rehearsals will begin immediately after casting (including June 3 and 4) and will be held Monday through Friday evenings. Those cast must be available for rehearsals. Production dates are July 23, 24 and Sept. 1, 2 and 3.
