Come enjoy the great outdoors at the University of Central Arkansas?s Jewel E. Moore Nature Reserve on Sunday, May 1. Dr. Don Culwell, a plant taxonomist at ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾, will lead an informative walk through the nature reserve, highlighting the unique plants of the prairie ecosystem. Plants that will be seen are the insectivorous Sundew, perennial grasses and a variety of blooming flowers.
The group will meet at 4 p.m. in the HPER Center parking lot located off of Farris Road. Participants should wear appropriate outdoor clothing including a good pair of boots. This outing will last about two hours.
