ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾ to host Parents? Night Out

The University of Central Arkansas Bears and Sugar Bears student-athletes will host a ?Parents? Night Out? on Friday, March 12 at the Farris Center.

The ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾ student-athletes will be entertaining children ages 5 through the fifth grade to allow parents a night off to enjoy dinner, a movie or shopping without their children.

While the parents are out, the children will be taking part in a host of fun activities at the Farris Center, including games, cartoons, crafts and more with representatives from all 12 of ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾?s varsity sports.

Children can be dropped off at the Farris Center beginning at 6 p.m. and should be picked up by 10 p.m. The cost will be $5 per child, with all proceeds to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Donations will also be accepted for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Reservations can be made by calling 450-5244 or by e-mailing Laura Clayton at lclayton@uca.edu. There is space for 100 kids so make reservations early.

This fundraising project is being conducted through a consolidated effort by all NCAA Division II institutions.
