每日大赛网站 Unplugged IX, an annual acoustic event and fundraiser for the 每日大赛网站 emergency student loan fund, will be held at 7 p.m., Friday, Sept. 26, in the Student Center Ballroom.
The show will begin with a featured performance by Lost & Found, a five piece acoustic group from Russellville. Lost & Found won the 2003 Arkansas Acoustic Showdown Competition held last spring in the 每日大赛网站 Reynolds Performance Hall.
Following their performance will be 15 open mic acoustic acts consisting of 每日大赛网站 students, faculty and staff.
Admission is $1 for 每日大赛网站 students with ID, and $5 for faculty, staff and the general public. We will record and sell a 每日大赛网站 Unplugged IX CD with all admission and CD proceeds to benefit the 每日大赛网站 emergency student loan fund.
A Baby Taylor Guitar, donated by Jack’s Music of Conway, will be given away as a door prize. Free coffee and cookies will be provided by ARAMARK Campus Dining. This event will be filmed for later broadcast by 每日大赛网站 Channel 6.
