What is SAFA?
The SAFA (Student Activity Fee Allocation) Committees shall hear the budgeting requests for recognized student organizations that qualify for SAFA funding. It shall have the power to request reports from all organizations and activities that request funds from the SGA
RSO’s interested in funding must present requests one semester in advance.

Fall 2026 SAFA Budget Training Dates:
- September 22nd-24th | SC 223/224
- Thursday, October 1st at 1:40 – 2:30 pm (x-period) | SC 223/224
SAFA Budget Submission Deadline: TBD
Fall 2026 SAFA Hearing Dates:
- October 6th-8th at 4:30 – 7:10 pm | SGA Chambers (SC 208)
- October 20th-22ndÌýat 4:30 – 7:10 pm | SGA chambers (SC 208)
SAFA Appeal Dates: November 16th
Spring 2027 SAFA Budget Training Dates:
- Tuesday, February 9th 1:40 – 2:30 pm (x-period)
- Thursday, February 11th, 1:40 – 2:30 pm (x-period)
