A much-anticipated move to Division I-AA in athletics at the University of Central Arkansas became a reality on Thursday, Sept. 15. RSO Fair rescheduled for Sept. 29

The ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾ Registered Student Organization Fair will be located outside the Student Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 29. Many RSO's will have tables set up to recruit new members and promote their activities. Faculty senate supports athletics move

On Tuesday, ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾?s Faculty Senate overwhelmingly passed a motion to support a division change in athletics from NCAA Division II to NCAA Division I-AA for the purpose of joining the Southland Conference. ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾ President Lu Hardin addressed the senate?s questions and concerns at their Tuesday meeting. FLY Dance concert to benefit hurricane victims

ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÕ¾?s Office of Minority Services will host a FLY Dance concert to benefit the survivors of Hurricane Katrina at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 20, at Reynolds Performance Hall.
